JINYA Ramen Bar serves the traditional flavors of Japanese food via small plates and its renowned ramen that combines bold noodles with full-bodied broths that slowly simmer for over 20 hours, balancing flavors from whole pork bones, chicken and vegetables with just the right amount of bonito, dashi, miso, kombu, and other classic Japanese ingredients. JINYA also offers a strong lineup of blissful plant-based menu items that emphasizes balanced ingredients without sacrificing on flavor, like Impossible™ Tacos, Impossible™ Rice Bowl, Flying Vegan Harvest, and Spicy Creamy Vegan ramen bowls. JINYA features a full bar with a drink menu that highlights craft cocktails, local craft beers, and sake flights. Whether you’re looking to cozy up with perfectly balanced ramen bowls and Japanese cocktails, or you want to enjoy a satisfying meal via takeout or delivery, JINYA has you covered.
The Overland Park restaurant is the brand’s first location in KC metro, and is a 100% minority-owned business. Local & regional franchisee Dave Sopark, who originally hails from Thailand, said that “JINYA has been a fan-favorite dining destination in neighboring Oklahoma & Texas for the past six years, so we’re beyond excited to offer our authentic Japanese ramen and tapas to the Kansas City metro. We are grateful to have secured the perfect location in Overland Park within the growing Bluhawk community alongside other great shops and restaurants, and we look forward to providing JINYA’s exceptional experience in an upbeat atmosphere to families and friends alike. Our team can’t wait to welcome ramen lovers from throughout the region.”
JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is a serious but delicious business. We’re crazy about ramen, and guests will quickly see why at JINYA we say, “No Ramen, No Life.”
