Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Haseeb Ahmed, has moved his practice to a new, beautiful space in Overland Park, KS as of September 1, 2020 located at 6650 W. 110th Street, Suite 220, Overland Park, KS 66211. Dr. Haseeb Ahmed founded LiveActive Primary Care in 2015 with a mission to provide the best health care to the community, while eliminating barriers to access and cost of health care. Dr. Ahmed is a Board-certified Internal Medicine physician who specializes in hospital medicine. We take our expertise in hospital medicine and apply it to every aspect of care in a variety of settings: hospital, our direct primary care clinic, and long-term care communities.
LiveActive Primary Care is accepting new patients for their membership-based direct primary care clinic for adults age 18 and over.
MEDICARE PATIENTS: If you have Medicare, we will bill Medicare for our services and the monthly membership is NOT charged. You still receive the same personalized care as all our other members!
