Fountain of Life is thrilled to announce its very first fundraising event - Healthy GenerAsians Fireside Chats - which will raise flexible operating and program funds for our agency. The event is virtual and takes place during 2024 National Suicide Prevention Week.
Statistics reveal that Asian Americans are the least likely to seek mental health treatment compared to other racial groups. Come hear stories about the challenges and triumphs of three Asian American therapists navigating stigma and barriers to mental health care.
The registration fee covers access to all three Fireside Chats. If for any reason, registrants are unable to attend sessions, they will still have access to the Fireside Chats as session recordings will be shared with all registered individuals. All speakers and moderators have strong ties to the Greater Kansas City community.
